Payments shall be made on deliverables achieved as mentioned in the table under clause **** and no interest will be payable on delayed payment made by djb due to unavoidable reasons.
The proposal obtaining the highest total combined score in evaluation of technical bid stage and financial bid will be ranked as h1 followed by the proposals securing lesser marks as h2, h3 etc.
The bidder should have experience in planning dpr preparation bid process management for sewerage projects in indian urban spaces for centralstatemunicipalulbsgovtagencies.
Compensation for delay of achieving milestones as mentioned in relevant clause shall be @1. 5 of contract price of individual milestone , for each month of delay to be computed on per day basis.
