The completion period shall be 04 months four from the date of commencement.

All the works carried out by the contractor shall be covered under defect liability period for a period of 12 twelve months from the date of completion.

The lowest quoted rate L1 rate shall be considered for further processing.

The bid shall be liable for rejection if EMD not submitted on or before tender submission date and time.

If the bidder fails to accept the work order placed at their originally quoted or subsequently negotiated rates, iocl may initiate action to debar them from participating in future tenders which may include putting them on holiday list.

The above projected value quantity is tentative may increase or decrease during the execution of work.
