They must have successfully completed at least two similar infrastructure projects for large-scale government or public events in the past. Documentary proof such as work orders, completion certificates, and photographs must be submitted. Bidders should have a valid PAN and GSTIN. Bidders must submit audited financial statements or turnover proof for the past three financial years. Must not be blacklisted by any government agency.
