The tender is for RMO EM services installed at Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi, including comprehensive maintenance of a 3D X-Ray baggage inspection system. Bids are invited from eligible contractors of CPWD or other experienced contractors. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,29,486. 00. The last date for bid submission is December 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with the opening of bids at 3:30 PM on the same day. The work involves annual comprehensive maintenance, replacement of conveyor belts, and replacement of lead curtains. The contractor must provide an undertaking from the OEM/authorized service provider. The bid requires an EMD of INR 6,590. 00. The work duration is 12 months.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
The competent authority on behalf of the president of India does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the bids received without the assignment of any reason.
Contractors who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to apply. Joint ventures are not accepted.
In case of failure of carrying out the maintenance of the xray baggage scanners during the month, a recovery **** per visit shall be made from the bill. Any major break down will be attended immediately and make the equipment in prefect working order within same day within 24 hours otherwise a recovery for **** per day will be made till time the equipments are made functional operational at site.
Intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.
The work is estimated to cost rs. 3, 29, 486.
