The successful bidder shall maintain the appropriate service level of the work for one year from the date of successful completion of the work.

The financial offer of the prospective tenderer will be considered only if the technical bid of the tenderer is found qualified by the tender committee formed by the Dakshinkhanda gram panchayat.

Eligibility criteria for participation in the tender include labour cooperative societies and general agencies having credentials during the last 5 years, at least one work of similar nature as a prime agency under authority of state central government, state central government undertaking statutory bodies constituted under the statute of the central state government, income tax acknowledgement receipt clearance certificate for the latest assessment year, P. tax deposit challan for the current year, PAN card, GST registration certificate, tender fees deposited bank slip, and RTGS/NEFT challan copy.

If the bidder withdraws the bid during the validity period of the bid, the earnest money as deposited will be forfeited forthwith without assigning any reason thereof.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all informations that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for the work.
