Intending bidders can download tender documents from the e-procurement portal. Pre-qualification and bid documents must be submitted online. The tender processing fee and earnest money deposit must be paid to Union Bank of India. The pre-qualification documents will be evaluated for technical bids. Financial bids will be notified later. The authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all bids without assigning a reason. Eligibility criteria include successful completion of at least one similar civil engineering contract worth 60% of the estimated cost within the last 3 years. Bidders must have sufficient technical manpower, tools, and plants. Required documents include sales tax, income tax, GST registration, trade license, and others. The tender will be a two-folder system (technical and financial). The technical bid folder must contain specified documents, including a checklist. The financial bid folder must contain the BOQ. Successful tenderers must execute an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper. Tenderers must comply with contract labor, apprentice, and minimum wages acts. Valid trade license, income tax, and sales tax documents are required. Cement, steel, and bitumen materials must be ISI approved. The work must be completed within the specified time. A security deposit (10% of the total value) is required as performance security. No sub-contracting is allowed. Rates offered by agencies beyond 15% less may be treated as unbalanced bids. No claim for escalation of rates will be entertained. The work program must be submitted before the physical commencement of work. Payment will depend on site clearance, material availability, and fund availability. All bidders who have submitted tenders are requested to attend the tender opening. The tender notice is part of the agreement.
