Tenders are invited for the removal, cleaning, calibration, checking, and refixing of CI field instruments and PLC system in the BOP I area of the Mettur Thermal Power Station II during AOH 2025. The tender is a two-part system (techno-commercial and price bid) submitted online through the Tamil Nadu government e-procurement system website (www. ***. *. *). A non-refundable earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 1,400 is required. The last date for EMD submission is August 13, 2025, at 12:00 hrs, and the last date for submission of the techno-commercial bid is August 13, 2025, at 14:00 hrs. The tender opening date is August 14, 2025, at 14:30 hrs. Bidders must have previously executed maintenance works of CI in a thermal power station with a capacity of at least 210 MW for a single order valued at Rs. 0. 35 lakh or more within the past ten years. The successful bidder will be required to submit attested copies of the documents satisfying the BQR criteria after tender opening. Additional documents, including proof of EMD payment, BQR, job specifications, terms and conditions, and other applicable documents, must be uploaded with the techno-commercial bid. Clarifications can be sought from the Mettur Thermal Power Station II office. The work period is 30 days from the commencement date or completion of the scheduled work, whichever is earlier. The rates quoted should be inclusive of EPF and ESI, and the contractor is responsible for any damage or misuse of TNPGCL equipment during the work. The site is a plastic-free zone. Payment terms are 95% within 90 days of completion, with a 5% retention.
