The bid notice states The project duration is 36 months 03 years to be reviewed every year for satisfactory performance.

The bid notice states selected firm will be paid percentage margin on the items sold through milkyway on monthly basis.

The bidder should be a manufacture of quoted equipment. In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, he must be an authorized dealer for the quoted equipment and it will be necessary to upload a copy of valid authorization letter, issued by the original equipment manufacturerfabricator, with the technical bid.

The work must be completely finished to the entire satisfaction of the site engineerengineerincharge ucdf, or his representative, within mentioned time from the date of receipt of order failing for which penalty will be imposed at the rate of 0. 5 per week subject to a maximum of 10 of the total cost of work or part of it in case there are independent works.

The bidders are advised to see the site of work before tendering.

The selected firm will have to make supplies strictly as per delivery schedule, as stated in the bid notice.

Payment shall be made within 30 days after safe receipt and verification and installation, according to the bid notice.

The security deposit will be returned after successful completion of warranty period, which is 1 one year, as stated in the bid notice.

The manufacturing companies with valid license/certificate of registration, issued by competent authority for manufacturing of machines or the authorized dealer distributors having valid dealership certificate, are eligible to submit the tenders, as stated in the bid notice.

In case, contracting party fails to deliver consignment thereof within the contract period of delivery or in case the goods are found not in accordance with the prescribed specifications and/or as per approved samples, the managing director of u. c. d. f. ltd. mangal parao, haldwani shall exercise his discretionary powers to take one or more of the following actions, as stated in the bid notice.
