If the contractor fails to complete the work as per the agreement within the stipulated time limit, then the agency will be debarred from the tender process of same nature of work for next 2 years.

Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

The contract period will be for a period up to 16th October 2025 from the date of work order or to completion of production of **** cubic meter of 100 quality dimensional granite blocks whichever is occur earlier. In case shortfall production in **** cbm of granite blocks before 16th October 2025, the contract period will be extended further period of one year on receipt of renewal of ec and cto.

Contractor invoices can be raised only in respect of quality blocks approved and despatched to processing units as directed by Tamin. After contractor raise their payment bills, Tamin will release 100% payment in respect of those quantity despatched to processing units as directed by Tamin through auto debit system immediately after certification by production department of Tamin.

Only the lowest rate for all the sizes for a particular quarry will be considered to derive the lowest rate. The rates should invariably to be quoted in the downward trend from gangsaw size to monuments block without any omission.

Granite quarry owners, granite factory owners and contractors having minimum two years granite quarrying experience are eligible to participate in the tender. The proof of experience to be furnished by the bidders. The bidders should have the capacity to engage mining machineries either by own or hiring arrangement and furnish necessary proof for the same. Valid insurance copy of the machineries to be furnished along with tender. Bidders must have valid PAN and GST registered number. The bidders should submit proof for having minimum annual turnover Rs. 50 lakhs in any one of the last 4 years duly signed by the auditor. If the bidder is not having that annual turnover, their bid will be summarily rejected. Litigants and defaulters on record are not permitted to participate in this tender. The bidders for purchase of granite blocks of Sengunam quarry are not eligible to participate in this tender.

The security deposit paid by the successful tenderer shall be forfeited if the successful tenderer has failed to achieve the minimum monthly targeted production for quantity of 285 cbm in sustain manner and commits a breach of any of tender conditions obligations. If any penalty is levied on Tamin due to non-compliance of statutory obligations by the contractor, the contract shall be terminated duly recovering the penalty and forfeiting the security deposit. The waste and debris generated during the quarrying operations should be dumped only in locations earmarked by Tamin official concern and they should strictly refrain from dumping the waste debris near the work pit or beyond the quarry boundaries at any point of time, failing which, will attract penalty as per applicable laws.

The investment for production of 100 quality dimensional granite blocks in Tamin Sengunam quarry shall be planned by the contractor by visiting the quarry before offering rates on cbm basis.
