The guarantor guarantees that water proofing treatment will render the structures completely leakproof for five years from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract. the said structures will remain water and leakproof for five years from the date of giving of water proofing treatment.

Failing to rectify defects within seven days will result in the work being done by the department at the guarantor's cost and risk. failing which the work shall be got done by the department by some other contractor at the guarantors cost andrisk.

Samples of cement arranged by the contractor shall be taken by the engineer in charge and got tested in accordance with provisions of relevant bis codes. samples of cement arrangedby the contractor shall be taken by the engineerincharge and got tested in accordance with provisions of relevant bis codes.

If cement test results indicate non-conformity, the samples shall be rejected and removed by the contractor at his own cost within a week. in case the test results indicate that the cement arranged by the contractor does not conform to the relevant bis codes, the sameshall stand rejected, and it shall be removed from the site by the contractor at his own cost within a weeks time of written orderfrom the engineerin charge to do so.

The final payment will be made to the contractor on the basis of the overall lowest statement as worked out in the final stage.

The security amount deducted from the bills of contractor will be released after successful completion of 1 year defect liability period which commences from the date of completion of work.

Tenderer must be enlisted with the municipal corporation, moga or with any other govt. department as civil contractor building contractor road works contractor as the case may be.

Conditional tender will be rejected and earnest money will be forfeited.

If any document is found false, fraud and fake after verification, then action will be taken accordingly.
