The bidder must be a company registered under the Companies Act or a proprietorship firm registered in India with valid PAN, GST, and other applicable statutory registrations. The OEM of the quoted RFID products should be a registered, reputable company. Proof of company incorporation must be provided. The bidder should have automation solutions in at least ten government organizations in the last ten years. Work orders or completion certificates must be submitted as proof. The sites must be functional. Provide also contact details of customers. Negative feedback may lead to rejection of the tender. The bidder should have a minimum of average annual turnover of INR 50 lakhs in the last three financial years from IT library automation-related services. Audited financial statements or CA certification must be attached, including three work orders of minimum Rs. 20 lakhs in the last three years.
