Prequalification is required. Payment for tender documents and e-service fees is online via debit cards, internet banking. EMD can be paid online via RTGS/NEFT/OTC. Bidders must submit a technical bid (envelope 1) and a financial bid (envelope 2). The technical bid must include specific documents (e. g. , authorization certificate, sales tax/GST registration, PAN card, acceptance of terms). The financial bid must include price quotations. A 90% payment will be made after successful inspection of the material, and the remaining 10% after one month. A marginal relaxation in payment terms may be considered during negotiation. Late delivery penalties apply. GST will be extra. The successful bidder must provide a certificate stating that the quoted rates are the lowest possible. The mill management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning a reason.

Late delivery penalty @1 per week will be imposed on delayed period, subject to maximum 5 on basic value of short supply.
The party will intimate at least 10 days in advance about the readiness of material, so that the mill may depute his representative for testing, inspection, etc. , before despatch.
