The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 150 days from the 09 day after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.

The security deposit will be released after 01 year from date of completion.

The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.

The participating contractors should upload the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, railway and bsnl along with the proof of registration from respective department. iii. scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan no. vi. valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id. vii. all the requisite documents must be selfattested before uploading.

In case of delay in completion of work penalty shall be imposed on the contractor @0. 5 per day of the cost put to tender and shall be recovered from any dues of the contractor with the department.

Before tendering, his percentage minus or plus the contractor shall inspect the site of work and fully acquaint himself with the existing site conditions, existing quality of sludgesewage flowing in the drain, water table accessibility of site, space for stackingstoring materials, silt disposal site tp and labour, approaches available and its surroundings, lead involved etc. for the smooth and quick execution of the work.
