The removal of corroded dishend, scaffolding and erection of top dishend of d. m. water storage tank , painting and testing should be completed preferably within fifteen days from the commencement of the work.

50% shall be payable after applicable predispatch inspection and receipt of material in fabricated form as per drawing, at plant site.

During the guarantee period any damages which occurs due to faulty workmanship, faulty material, will be made good by the contractor, at his own cost.

The lowest bidder shall be considered on lump sum basis.

The bidder should upload along with etender the following documents for qualification of pqr copy of work completion certificate work order invoice of fabrication and erection of at least one storage tank of 200 cubic metre size capacity or more, in the last seven years.

If the contractor fails to successfully complete the supply, fabrication and erection of d. m. water tank works plantsite as per the schedule, the contractor shall pay to the purchaser as liquidated damages and not as penalty, a sum calculated at the rate of 12 one half percent of the contract price of the total price for each week or part thereof of delay.

The bidder is advised to visit and examine the plant site where the facilities are to be installed and its surroundings and obtain for itself on its own responsibility all information that may be necessary.

The bids submitted without uploading of msmenscpsussi certificate or uploading irrelevant certificate in lieu of bid security shall be rejected.

The period of work is 45 days.

Itemwise technical evaluation is allowed.

Pre-qualification as per NIT.
