Bidders must have supplied tendered materials or higher size during preceding three years. the tenderers should have supplied the required quantity of tendered materials or higher size put together during any of the preceding three years as on the date of tender opening.

Liquidated damages of 0. 5% per week of delay, max 10%. a sum of half a percent 0. 5 of the all inclusive price of the undelivered materials for each completed week of delay. the total liquidated damages shall not exceed ten percent 10 of the allinclusive price

Clarifications to tender documents must be requested before 48 hours of opening. in case any tenderer asks for a clarification to the tender documents before 48 hours of opening of tenders, the sekedctnpdclkrishnagiri will clarify the same.

Bids rejected if EMD not complied, BQR not satisfied, or quoted less than 10% of tendered quantity. tenders will be summarily rejected if: a the emd requirements are not complied with. b the bid qualification requirements as per sectionii of this specification are not satisfied. c the tenderers have quoted less than the minimum quantity of 10 of tendered quantity.
