The completion period is 7 days as per the notice: seven days for the work.

Payment will be made as per contract terms. GST component is paid by BCCL based on bidder's GST status. Rates quoted exclude GST. the payment of gst and gst compensation cess by service availer i. e. bccl to biddercontractor. . . would be made only on the latter submitting a billinvoice.

The contract is awarded to the L1 (lowest) bidder. among all qualified bids, the lowest bid will be termed as l1 and purchase preference is given to Class I local suppliers.

Bidders need PAN, GST registration or exemption, and work experience: three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of the estimated cost put to tender or equivalent.

EMD forfeited for defaulting on techno-commercial criteria. if the l1 bidder backs out. . . the emd will be forfeited and the bidder will be debarred for minimum one 1 year from participating in tenders in bccl.

Bids can be rejected for incomplete price bid, conditional bids, or failure to meet eligibility. the price bid which is incomplete and not submitted as per instruction given in this document is liable for rejection.

The work must be completed within 3 months from the start of work. The intended completion date for the whole of the works is 3 months after start of work.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price and is within the available bid capacity.

Bidders must have contractor ID on www. ***. *. * works above Rs 25 lacs, a valid enlistment certificate with proof of machinery and manpower is required. Minimum average annual financial turnover should not be less than 30% of the value of work.

The bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works at the bidder's own responsibility and risk. The costs of visiting the site shall be at the bidder's own expense.

The employer shall wait for 7 days before opening the financial bid of the qualified bidders so as to give the disqualified bidders an opportunity to avail any remedy available under the law.

Conditional tenders will not be entertained and are liable to be rejected. The tender without earnest money/earnest money declaration form and tender document fee will not be opened.
