Work must be completed within 60 days as per the tender: period of workdays 60.
Payment is made based on rates quoted on percentage basis, inclusive of all taxes. Deductions for taxes are made from bills as per prevailing rates: deduction on account of taxes shall be made from the bills of the firms on gross amount of the bill as per the rates prevailing at the time of making payment.
Works guaranteed for six months from completion: the works to be executed by the contractor shall be of high quality and guaranteed for the period of six months from the actual date of completion.
Bids are invited on percentage basis, and L1 is decided through draw of lots in case of tie: in case there is a tie in the financial bids of the bidders, l1 shall be decided through draw of lots.
Bidders must have latest GST clearance, PAN card, and valid registration certificate: latest clearance of tax certificate i. e. gstin etc. ii pan card iii registration certificate duly renewed for the year ****.
Penalty up to 10% for delay in completion: penalty upto 10 shall be imposed upon the agency, if there is any delay in completion of the work beyond the period stipulated in the enit without any justification.
Bidders should visit and examine the site before submission: the bidders at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings before submission of bid.
Bids are liable to rejection if they do not fulfill requirements: the tenderbid is liable to rejection if it does not fulfill requirements as laid down in enit.
