Penalty up to 10% of total work value and Rs. 500 per day for further delay. penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work shall be imposed upon him at the discretion of the next higher allotting authority

Site visit is encouraged at bidder's own cost. the bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works

Clarification requests must be received earlier than 10 days prior to bid submission deadline. the employer will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids

Bidders can be disqualified for false representations or poor performance. made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits duly attested by magistratenotary and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements
