The tender value is 5,87,000 INR.

Works must be completed within 3 months as per the schedule. The notice states time limits of 3 month for each work.

Payment shall be made as per latest CSR rate premium list. Running payments are considered advance payments and excess payments recovered from each bill. Non-refundable 0. 8% deduction for third-party audit for works exceeding 10 lakh.

Defect liability period is one year for flexible pavements/bitumen works and five years for rigid pavements, CC flooring and CC paver tiles from date of completion.

Financial bids called on percentage basis - percentage below the estimate - and opened for all technically qualifying bidders.

Valid enlistment certificate in same nature as work covering Muktsar area for road, building and civil works. PAN, GST, EPF, self-declaration of not blacklisted, and bid capacity undertaking required.

If financial bid quotes more than 25% saving from estimated cost, bidder may need to provide additional bank guarantee at 5% of estimated amount. Excess payments due to substandard work must be returned.

Tender will not be opened without minimum documentation. False or misrepresented information leads to tender cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money. Tender can be cancelled at any stage without reason.

Works must be completed within stipulated time as mentioned in work order. The period of work is 90 days. period of workdays 90

Payment made based on CSR rates and premium applicable on closing date of tender. 10% security deducted from each bill. 10 security shall be deducted from the each bill of the contractor

Contractor bears repair costs for any damage within five years after completion. if any damage occurs within five years then the cost of repair will be borne by contractoragency

If work not completed in stipulated time, it will be allotted to L2 or L3. on failing to do the same, work will be allotted to l2 or l3

Contractor must have own core cutter machine for sample checking and quality control laboratory. contractor must have his own core cutter machine for extraction of cores from the running work for sample checking

Conditional, improper, or unbalanced tenders will not be accepted. False information leads to cancellation and forfeiture of EMD. conditionalimproperunbalance tender will not be accepted
