False documents lead to rejection and penal action. if it comes to the notice of the tender inviting authority that the credentials andor any other papers of any bidder are incorrect manufactured fabricated, that tender will be out rightly rejected and further penal action may be taken against him as per rule.

Site visit is encouraged but at the bidder's own risk and expense. the bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings

Objections to prequalification must be lodged within 48 hours. that should be lodged to the administrator convener of the bid evaluation committee, i. e. , the administrator , santipur municipality, santipur, nadia. within 48 forty eighty hours including holidays from the date and time of publication of list of qualified agencies

Bids can be rejected for incomplete tenders, false documents, or failure to meet eligibility. no conditional incomplete tender will be accepted under any circumstances. and submission of false document, by tenderer is strictly prohibited
