Compensation for delay is 1. 5% per month, maximum 10% of tendered value. compensation @1. 5 per month for delay of work, delay to be computed on per day basis. provided always that the total amount of compensation for delay to be paid under this condition shall not exceed 10 of the tendered value of work.
