The contract will be awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated acceptable bid price.

Bidders must submit experience of successfully completed similar works in the last seven years and have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender in the last three years.

If a JV breaks up after award, all the partners of the jv shall be debarred from participating in future bids for a minimum period of 12months.
