Liquidated damages of 0. 5% of total contract price per completed week of delay, max 10%. a sum of half percent 0. 5 of the total contract price for each completed week of delay

Bids summarily rejected if EMD not complied, consortium/JV bids, not satisfying BQR, no valid GSTIN, no separate ESI/EPF codes, failure to upload EPF/ESI contribution evidence for last three wage months. tenders will be summarily rejected if a the emd requirements are not complied with
