The intended completion date for the whole of the works is 0 month 15 and days after start of work, as per the appendix to ITB.

The employer will award the contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price.

Bidders must have contractor ID on www. ***. *. * works up to Rs 25 lacs, a contractor ID on Haryana Engineering Works Portal is required.

The bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings. The costs of visiting the site shall be at the bidders own expense.

The employer shall wait for 7 days before opening the financial bid of the qualified bidders so as to give the disqualified bidders an opportunity to avail any remedy available under the law.

Conditional tenders will not be entertained and are liable to be rejected. The tender without earnest money/earnest money declaration form and tender document fee will not be opened.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs 1. 69 lakhs, as stated in the notice inviting tender.

The contract is awarded to the L1 bidder: the lowest bid will be termed as l1 and the contract for full quantity will be awarded to l1 at l1 price.

Bidders need experience in similar works: three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of the estimated cost or equivalent, plus valid electrical contractor license.

If L1 bidder backs out: the emd will be forfeited and the bidder will be debarred for minimum one 1 year from participating in tenders in bccl.

Site visit is encouraged but not mandatory: the bidder, at the bidders own responsibilities, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works.

Bids may be rejected if documents are incomplete: the price bid which is incomplete and not submitted as per instruction given in this document is liable for rejection.
