The tds as applicable will be deducted from each and every running bills final bills contractor as per instruction of govt. of india review time to time.
It should stand warranty for one year towards any manufacturing defects.
The lowest tender shall be decided on the basis of revised offers.
Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tender.
In case of failure or default in the performance or responsibilities or breach of terms and conditions of dnit or agreement, action as per policy on blacklisting, **** issued vide finance department chandigarh administration notification no. 1927fpo3****1170 dt. 27. 02. **** shall be taken.
The perspective agencycontractor may inspect the site of work for its availability to execute the work.
The sample, make and model of luminaries fittings shall be got approved from the engineerincharge before fixing at site.
